Adding the connector

• Claude (web/Desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → the /mcp URL.
• ChatGPT (Plus+): Plugins → Developer mode → Create app → the /mcp URL, auth = OAuth.
• Grok: grok.com → Skills and Connectors → New → Custom → the /mcp URL.

Tools

Read-only: tracker_list_plans, tracker_get_status, tracker_get_focus, search, fetch, show_build_tracker, show_plan_dashboard. Write (approval-gated): tracker_set_focus, tracker_complete_objective, tracker_add_plan, tracker_add_blocker, tracker_clear_blocker.

Fail-closed rules

• Objectives close only on the current gate and require non-empty evidence.
• The interactive dashboard is served as a versioned MCP Apps widget (ui://build-tracker/dashboard-v2.html) using the canonical Build Forge Monitor v2 visual contract; mutations route back through the tools and are validated server-side.

Interactive dashboard

Ask your client to “show the build tracker” to render the inline dashboard: plan selector, gate timeline, editable focus, evidence viewer, inline objective completion, and blocker add/resolve. Every browser route opens the one canonical GUI at build-tracker-monitor.echo-op.com.
